At Perfumeonline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused fragrance products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the perfume in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
